MBChB 1978 (Leeds) MRCGP Dr Conaty established the practice in a portakabin in 1987. He provides a full range of medical services and spends one day a week organising the further training and development of young doctors.

Dr Bosch was a trainee at the practice and he became a partner in 2002. He runs the Child Development Clinic .

Dr Mueller has been with us since December 2003. In addition to working as a GP he is heavily involved with training undergraduate medical students.

Dr Fahy has recently joined the practice team, but she is an experienced GP and has worked at other local surgeries. She helped us out by doing a few locum sessions earlier in the year and proved extremely popular with the patients she saw. She has a particular interest in women's health and her skills mean we will be able to expand the range of contraceptive services we offer. These will now include coil fitting and hormone implants and you are welcome to make an appointment with Dr Fahy, or with one of of our practice nurses, to discuss your options.

Dr Robinson works here one afternoon a week. He is also Medical Director for InPractice Systems (who supply our clinical system).

Dr Ridout is Dr Conaty's GP Registrar.  She is nearing the end of her GP training and has already been with us some time, so many patients will already know her.

Dr Sanders is Dr Fahy's GP Registrar and will be with us until August 2013.

Dr Kandi is Dr Diack's GP Registrar and will be with us until August 2013.

Patient Survey and Action Plan

Electronic Prescription Service 

You can now have your prescriptions sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.  All you have to do is nominate your pharmacy of choice with reception.

Online Services

Did you know you can book appointments request repeat prescriptions online?.  To make use of these services you first need to reigster with us for Vision Online Services (VOS).  You can pick up the necessary form in the surgery, or via this link VOS registration form

The completed form needs to be returned to the surgery.

Patient Group

We now have a Patient Reference Group to enable us to obtain views from a sample of our patients about current and future services.  If you would like to join this group, which will involve giving us you email address, or another form of contact, and some other details, please click the appropriate  option  in the list below.
